Having grown up with an eclectic mix of Motown, Disco, and synth-infused 80s music from his parents...all blending together with his own love for both house and garage, Dlancey has ended up with quite the eclectic array of musical influences. Today, this results in sets in which he dissects and melds all of the pieces of that music that he loves the most: the gorgeous synth work, ethereal backings, wistful basslines, and occasional vocal hooks... all over the distinctly house-y, foot-shaking rhythms. A highly involved member of his local community, Dlancey is no stranger to the highs and lows of a small-city music scene.

While he enjoys playing nightclubs, patios, and special events, his love of music extends beyond a spectrum of mixed-music. As a producer and promoter he has found many ways to express himself musically with his twice-monthly podcast and a weekly DJ Live Stream on Twitch & YouTube along with club performances.
